BUYING OUR PRODUCTS

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a confirmation by email.  Once you have checked out, and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

We may refuse to accept an order:

1.  Where goods are not available.

2.  Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment.

3.  If there has been a pricing or product description error.

4.  If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD AND JCB cards.

Your credit card payment will go through Korta.

Korta is the only company in Iceland with PCI DSS certification (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). According to international Card Companies, any entity that handles and/or services card information needs to be PCI certified. Korta is therefore the only company in Iceland that meets the security requirements for handling and/or servicing card information.

PRODUCT DELIVERY/SHIPPING

All orders are processed and packed the next working day. If the product is not available, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time.  All orders are delivered with Íslandspóstur.

Shippig within Iceland is 850 isk.

Standard overseas shipping 3000

Orders shipped within Iceland should arrive in 1-3 working days.

OVERSEAS SHIPPMENTS

We ship worldwide.

Shipping and handling fees abroad are calculated on a per item basis and determined by item weight. Please note that Islandspostur does not deliver to APO addresses or PO boxes. Orders are processed the same or next business day (Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm GMT, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped outside of Iceland should arrive in: Scandinavia: 3-4 working days, rest of Europe 4-5 working days. N-America: 6-10 working days, Asia and South America 6-10 working days.

CANCELLATION RIGHT / right to return and refund

The buyer has 14 days to return a purchase. Purchases can only be returned if the product has not been used, the product must be returned in the orginal packaging and be in good order. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delivered to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please contact andrea@andrea.is for questions.

TAXES & FEES

All prices on the website are including Icelandic VAT and invoices are issued with VAT 24.5%.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
